I put off buying a zero turn for years because my yard is rough in spots and the ones I tried rode rough. I knew Ferris was highly regarded by the local lawn care guys so I decided to check them out.
The ISX800 fit the bill to a T! The ride and cut quality are the best ever on my yard. I have shaved forty five minutes off my mow time and enjoy mowing my yard again! Everything on this mower is well thought out and ruggedly built.

This is my second Ferris and I will never own any other mower, from the sale to the seat this mower has it all.
This mower is quick and smooth as I mow 3 plus acres twice a week. I actually look forward to sitting on the seat twice a week.
I put on my ear muffs and have nothing to worry about as this mower is very dependable and easy to operate.

I have been researching ZTR’s for awhile. When I got over the sticker shock, I decided to make sure I got one that was well made and would ride good and handle some rough terrain with out beating me and the mower to pieces.
I decided on the Ferris ISX-800 with the 52″ deck with the 24hp Kawasaki engine. I made one upgrade and had the seat changed out to have adjustable floating suspension. So with the independent front suspension, rear suspension, and independent seat suspension, this thing rides like a Cadillac. I love mowing my yard now.
I’ve mowed my yard for years on a regular lawn tractor, and had to go slow and steady or get bounced and beat to death.
Compared to all the other commercial style ZTR’s in this price range, the ISX-800 is this best there is.
